Rachael Thorpe - Passion in Property

This morning at BNI we had Rachael Thorpe from HS Homes of Warwickshire as our 10 minute speaker, and she was brilliant.

She managed to fit a huge amount into a short space of time, but what stood out most was her care. It is not something you always associate with estate agency, yet with Rachael it was obvious. She genuinely wants the best outcome for her clients and she is prepared to do the work to make that happen.

She spoke about walking alongside people through what is often one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Selling a home can be stressful and emotional. Rachael focuses on keeping people informed, setting clear expectations and communicating properly from start to finish. That level of attention makes a real difference.

What was also clear is that her service is not just built on good intentions. It is built on structure. Strong processes. Clear communication. A defined way of doing things so nothing falls through the cracks. It is a great example of how the right systems support great service, but never replace the human element. When care and structure work together, results follow.

Her favourite quote summed up her mindset perfectly:

"If it is important to you, you will find a way. If it is not, you will find an excuse."

She said passion drives her success. After listening to her, you could feel that. It did not sound scripted. It felt real.

It is always great to see a member creating genuine impact in their industry. Rachael is clearly building her business around service, integrity and doing right by people. That kind of approach deserves recognition.
